What's the difference between woven and embroidered patches?

Woven patches are flat and low-profile with very fine detail, ideal for small text and logos. 3D embroidered patches use raised, puffy stitching for a bolder, more dimensional look.

Which backing should I choose?

RudyPress™ is our most popular — press by hand, no heat or tools needed. Sew-on gives maximum durability, heat press gives a clean factory finish, Velcro® lets you swap patches between gear.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No minimums, no setup fees. Order 100 patches or 5,000 — the builder above prices it live either way.

How long does production take?

5–7 business days on average from art approval, with local pickup available in Hampton & Yorktown.
