Leather Patches

These are real leather patches printed with a UV flatbed, so the ink cures on top of the hide instead of soaking into it. You get sharp edges, full colour and gradients that embroidery simply cannot hold — logos with thin type, photographic detail, or more than a couple of thread colours.

Every patch is cut to your artwork. Send a shape and we'll cut to it; send a rectangle and we'll cut a rectangle with a clean radius corner.

• Heat press at roughly 300°F for 12–15 seconds with medium pressure.
• Use a cover sheet — direct contact between the platen and the leather will scorch it.
• Let the patch cool fully before testing the bond.
• On stretch fabrics or heavy outerwear, sew the edges as well as pressing.
• Wash garments inside out, cold, and hang to dry. Skip the tumble dryer.

• Vector (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) is ideal — it scales to any patch size cleanly.
• Raster is fine at 300 DPI at final print size, PNG with a transparent background.
• Keep critical detail and type at least 3mm inside the cut line.
